The strong growth in Australia of sparkling wines, and prosecco in particular, has given rise to the popularity of the spritz - A classic Italian aperitivo. Despite there being several well established players in the market, there was a no premium ‘ready to drink’ option available. Realising this, Jacob’s Creek launched Prosecco Spritz.
